Project Coordinator

About the role

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering and construction projects in Al Khobar. The role involves assisting project managers, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedules and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in managing project documentation, deliverables, and communications.
• Participate in project meetings and ensure timely follow‑up on requirements.
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or the construction industry.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
