Project Director – Mega Development in Madinah

About the role

KEO is seeking a talented Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega‑project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This high‑profile assignment will require strategic planning, execution and overall management of a large‑scale, mixed‑use development with international impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, execution and delivery of a multi‑tower mixed‑use or hospitality development.
• Oversee integrated programme management, including baseline programming, critical‑path planning and fast‑track construction schedules.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, planning and commercial functions.
• Administer FIDIC‑based contracts and handle formal contractual correspondence.
• Build and lead integrated delivery teams of 150‑200 personnel, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Engage with executive‑level client organisations, negotiate commercial matters and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑tower mixed‑use or hospitality projects.
• Experience in PMC and CSC execution on complex, fast‑track programmes.
• Prior involvement in Saudi giga‑projects or Vision 2030 developments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate resiliently in a high‑pressure, high‑visibility environment.
