Project Engineer

About the role

Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from conception through completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical reports for standards compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or engineering experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
