Project Manager - Activations

About the role

Tahaluf, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the delivery of large‑scale activations. You will work across multiple departments, manage risks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inter‑departmental processes, milestones, and risk assessments to keep projects on schedule.
• Align and improve project management procedures, ensuring efficient approval workflows.
• Conduct continuous risk assessments, including resource planning and contingency strategies.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, providing clear communication and reporting to internal teams, external partners, VIPs, and senior leaders.
• Oversee custom event delivery alongside the Special Projects, Marketing, and Event Management teams.
• Direct onsite staff and ensure successful execution of event logistics, including badging and merchandise rollout.
• Support marketing, programming, and operations elements as needed.

Required profile

• Experience with esports or live gaming events.
• Background in defence, aviation, or related large‑scale events.
• Proven track record managing hackathons, CTF competitions, or similar events.
