Project Manager – Engineering

About the role

The Project Manager – Engineering will be accountable for the financial and technical success of large‑scale projects, both domestic and international. Reporting under broad direction, the role involves overseeing all phases of project planning and execution while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution for projects up to $200 million in total installed cost.
• Coordinate and control project activities in line with established procedures and requirements.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Serve as proposal manager for large domestic and international project bids.
• Manage budgetary accountability and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of 20 years.
• Strong knowledge of the engineering industry and project management practices.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
