Project Manager – Healthcare Digital Solutions

About the role

Saned Health, the digital health platform of Obeikan Health, is seeking a proactive Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience. You will lead cross‑functional project activities, ensure timely delivery, and support the implementation of integrated healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, development, QA teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Support requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions.
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate production releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or Software Delivery.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
