Project Manager – High‑rise & Hospitality Construction

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead large‑scale high‑rise and hospitality construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from concept to handover, while ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of high‑rise towers, luxury hotels, and mixed‑use developments.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including civil, architectural, MEP, commercial, planning, procurement, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and control variations and claims.
• Ensure HSE policies are applied and maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare executive reports, lead project meetings, and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Mentor and develop project team members to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in senior project management.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise, luxury hotel, and mixed‑use projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
