Project Manager – Logistics Services

About the role

This position acts as the central nerve‑center for Agility’s operations in Saudi Arabia, tracking and accelerating opportunities across the company’s diverse logistics portfolio. You will bridge high‑level government engagements with day‑to‑day execution, providing leadership with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring status, ownership, timelines and dependencies.
• Track engagements with key Saudi entities, document next actions and ensure follow‑up.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Operating Companies to enforce project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks or strategic risks before they affect delivery.
• Maintain continuity of project data and relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) highly preferred.
• 6‑8 years of project‑management experience, preferably in a conglomerate, consulting, logistics or infrastructure environment.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape and Vision 2030 framework.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and dashboard creation.
