Project Manager - PDR

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of temporary power and cooling solutions across sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, construction, events and industrial sites. You will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multi‑MW temporary power and HVAC projects, from scope definition to hand‑over.
• Develop, maintain and communicate detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, including risk assessments, JSA, HAZOP/HAZID and other safety protocols.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear, compelling communication.
• Monitor project performance, identify issues early and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• HNC/HND in an engineering discipline with relevant project management experience.
• 2‑5 years of proven project management experience in industrial engineering or temporary power environments.
• Project Management Qualification (PMP or similar) is advantageous.
• Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including weekends and public holidays.
• High standard of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and ability to hold people accountable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Knowledge of QHSE procedures (RA, JSA, MS, HAZOP, HAZID, PTSW).
• Technical understanding of temporary power generation, distribution and cooling systems.
• Budget and contract management capabilities.
