Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are a leading real estate development firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects across Saudi Arabia. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation to final handover, ensuring quality, schedule, cost and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of development and construction, from planning through completion and handover.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and technical documents before execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS) and execution schedules in coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring alignment with approved designs, timelines and quality standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, conduct progress meetings and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Monitor schedules, identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Control budgets, review change orders and ensure cost control throughout the project.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, enforce safety regulations (OSHA) and comply with Saudi construction requirements.
• Coordinate permits, approvals and occupancy licenses with governmental authorities.
• Lead procurement, close‑out activities, final inspections and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects, including at least one project valued over SAR 100 million.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, municipal requirements and governmental procedures.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.
