Project Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale real estate and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while coordinating internal and external resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, performance and costs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and verify technical feasibility.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and report to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and occupational health standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Extensive experience managing water and wastewater works.
• Proven track record with major government or semi‑government programs.
• Strong knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
