Project Manager – Saudi Nationals

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its dynamic team. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, the company delivers social infrastructure programs aligned with Vision 2030. The role involves managing high‑stakes projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from conception through completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience with large‑scale hospitality and mixed‑use projects.
