Project Manager – Technical Security Projects

About the role

Secure Tech, a system integration company in Riyadh, is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical security projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and control technical security projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, standards and quality assurance policies.
• Serve as primary client contact, understanding and addressing their requirements.
• Track project progress on scope, schedule, budget and team performance, providing detailed status reports.
• Define project roles, assign responsibilities and collaborate with the PMO Manager and other departments.
• Monitor milestones, evaluate deliverables and manage project documentation.
• Identify risks, conduct impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical project management within the security systems field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project (MS Project).
• Experience using AutoCAD for design work.
• Ability to work with project scheduling tools and set delivery dates.
