Project Manager – Technology & Business Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering technology and business projects in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and senior leadership.
• Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards and compliance with organisational processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives and steering‑committee updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvements and successful project closure.

Required profile

• 6–11+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
