About the role

Prince Sultan University in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic male faculty member for its General Studies Department to teach undergraduate psychology courses, conduct research, and contribute to academic service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate psychology lectures and seminars.
• Develop and continuously improve curriculum in collaboration with colleagues.
• Conduct research and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional matters.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Proven effectiveness in university‑level teaching.
• Strong research record with publications in reputable journals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
