Public Relations Consultant – IPO & Investor Relations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Consultant to lead our corporate communications, investor relations and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on IPOs and capital market transactions in Saudi Arabia. The consultant will advise senior leadership on reputation management, regulatory communications and strategic messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communication strategies for IPOs, listings, M&A, capital market transactions, and investor relations.
• Manage executive communications, press releases, financial announcements and corporate disclosures.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, regulators, financial institutions, media and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CMA and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and regulatory advisors throughout capital market transactions.
• Develop crisis communication plans and strengthen corporate reputation.
• Represent the company at investor roadshows, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, financial communications or capital markets.
• Proven experience supporting or leading IPOs within the Saudi capital market.
• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul Listing Rules, corporate governance and disclosure requirements.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA or Investor Relations (advantage).
