Public Relations Manager - Healthcare Section

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead our healthcare communications strategy. The role will oversee media relations, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement across the Saudi healthcare landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and communication strategy for the organization.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, healthcare institutions, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, official statements, announcements, and other corporate communications.
• Coordinate media interviews, conferences, healthcare events, exhibitions, and official visits.
• Strengthen corporate image and brand reputation, including crisis communication management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, business partners, regulators, and community organizations.
• Oversee digital PR activities and ensure consistent messaging across social media and corporate platforms.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze public sentiment, and produce periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with executive management, marketing, operations, and other departments to align messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within hospitals, healthcare groups, or medical companies.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities.
• Proven media relations, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Experience in corporate communications, event management, and reputation management.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
