Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will be based in Riyadh on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that raise the visibility and reputation of the Mantis brand across local and regional markets. You will work closely with marketing, brand and operations teams to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers.
• Draft press releases, media pitches and key messages, and coordinate interviews and press events.
• Manage PR calendars, reporting and media monitoring to track coverage.
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans when needed.
• Identify and pursue creative brand partnership and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR activities with broader marketing and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations and communications, preferably within hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong writing and editing skills for press releases, articles, social content and speeches.
• Ability to plan and execute events, press trips and activations, handling logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience analysing PR performance metrics and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for regional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, creative environment with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
