Public Relations Manager – PR & Communications Lead

About the role

The PR Manager will lead communication strategies and initiatives for existing and new retainer clients and strategic events. Working closely with the PR, Marketing and Events teams, you will ensure clear, compelling and strategic brand communications delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR & communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Lead day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including stylists, press thought leaders, influencers and senior media contacts.
• Manage budgets and timelines for client accounts and coordinate PR activations, press events and shoots.
• Produce press releases, statements, interview briefs and monitor, analyze and report PR results on a monthly basis.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and supporting the growth of the PR department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public relations, preferably within fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluent English with advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and leadership abilities.
