QA Automation Engineer – Mobile Notification Testing

About the role

This remote, short‑term position focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile‑driven notification systems. Over a 14‑day period you will execute structured testing on Android devices, contributing to experimental AI‑driven product development.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily QA testing workflows for mobile notification handling and app behavior validation.
• Use a Google Pixel 9 or newer to simulate real‑world user interactions.
• Perform notification sorting, organization, and document observed behavior.
• Submit consistent daily QA reports and feedback forms.
• Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or inconsistencies.
• Follow detailed test instructions and maintain confidentiality throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Native or expert‑level proficiency in American English (en_US).
• Experience or strong familiarity with QA testing and mobile application testing.
• Own and actively use a qualifying Google Pixel device (Pixel 9 or newer).
• Comfortable installing apps that generate frequent notifications.
• Ability to perform 10‑15 minutes of daily testing for 14 consecutive days.
• Reliable internet connection and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete a language and/or task‑based assessment.
