QA/QC Engineer – Civil/Structural (Data Center Project)

About the role

Double Marks Contracting is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil/Structural to join the team on a major Data Center project in Riyadh. The role involves day‑to‑day quality control and inspection of civil and structural works, starting with earthworks and moving to reinforced concrete construction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project QA/QC requirements for civil and structural works.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, checklists, WIRs, MIRs and other quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with the client/consultant and site team.
• Inspect excavation, formation levels, reinforcement, formwork, concrete and related works.
• Verify works against approved IFC/shop drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate concrete and material testing with approved laboratories and maintain records.
• Raise, track and close NCRs and corrective actions.
• Report quality issues and inspection status directly to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in civil/structural construction.
• Strong experience with earthworks and reinforced concrete construction.
• Good knowledge of ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs and inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with ACI, ASTM, BS/EN standards and project specifications.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects preferred.
