Quality Assurance & Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Control Inspector ensures that stone and marble products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. Reporting to senior management, the role leads a dedicated quality control team and collaborates closely with production and design departments to guarantee compliance with industry specifications and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve procedures that maintain product quality in stone and marble manufacturing.
• Lead the quality control team in performing tests and analyses to verify product compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor process efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and stringent safety and quality regulations specific to the stone and marble sector.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive process enhancements and support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate effectively with production, design and other departments to align quality objectives across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control management within the stone and marble industry or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance methods and industry standards for stone and marble products.
• Proven leadership ability to guide and develop a quality control team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
