Quality Assurance System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance System Analyst to implement, deploy and support application software that aligns IT solutions with clinical and retail needs. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, data security and patient privacy while delivering operational insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new applications or customize existing ones to meet specific retail and healthcare requirements.
• Provide Level‑2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze end‑user requirements and design solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Assist with implementation of new software or major updates, minimizing disruption and ensuring compatibility.
• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify development areas and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure specialized tools meet end‑user needs.
• Monitor application performance continuously and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strict patient privacy and data protection standards.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies such as tele‑pharmacy, mobile health apps and AI‑driven tools.
• Work with pharmacists, healthcare providers and insurers to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• BSc in IT, MIS Systems Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT applications role, preferably in retail or healthcare.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL, Java, Python.NET programming languages.
• Database technologies: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Understanding of all SDLC phases.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
