Quality Control Inspector – Civil (Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector (QCI) will ensure that all quality and HSE procedures are applied on the Al Jubail project for AMIRAL P02&03. Working closely with subcontractors and the construction quality team, the inspector will verify that work complies with engineering specifications, site inspection plans and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality/HSE procedures for assigned subcontractor activities.
• Inspect subcontractor work to confirm conformity with site inspection plans, engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Verify that subcontractor manpower and equipment meet required procedures and are properly calibrated.
• Support the Construction Material Controller by checking supplier material before work starts.
• Report design errors to the Site Engineer and coordinate corrective actions.
• Document non‑conformities, inform the Construction Quality Manager and assist in resolution.
• Receive inspection requests from subcontractors, conduct inspections, and communicate results to the client, handling any client‑driven rejections.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in construction quality control or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct site inspections and enforce HSE standards.
• Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating with engineering teams.
