Quality & Food Safety Specialist – Food Services Sector

About the role

The Quality & Food Safety Specialist will support WFS’s Food Services sector in Riyadh by ensuring that all branches meet health, food safety, municipal and regulatory standards. The role involves regular inspections, audits and close collaboration with operational teams to maintain high compliance levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site branch inspections and internal audits to verify compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Document findings, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of corrective measures and follow‑up on non‑conformities.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of compliance activities and certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related health field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality management, food safety, or health inspection.
• SCFHS professional registration (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
