About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a Quality Improvement professional to lead quality and compliance initiatives across its ground operations. The role will design control frameworks, drive risk mitigation, and ensure alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish operational quality control frameworks, develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and conduct SOP compliance audits.
• Design and implement loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction programs to meet regional targets.
• Coach local ground operations teams, providing operational guidelines to enhance technical and managerial capabilities.
• Create workflows for key accounts to maximize delivery success rates and maintain high satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison to align regional operational processes with global standards and cross‑cultural requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e‑commerce, express courier, or 3PL preferred).
• Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and ability to quantify data.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English.
