About the role
The Quote Desk Representative supports FedEx’s Quote Desk by delivering accurate quotations, handling transactions, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and operates within a fast‑paced, revenue‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle transaction processing, complaint resolution, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, verifying data and completing procedural checks.
- Identify and resolve anomalies, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
