About the role

The Quote Desk Representative supports FedEx’s Quote Desk by delivering accurate quotations, handling transactions, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and operates within a fast‑paced, revenue‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle transaction processing, complaint resolution, and administrative tasks.
Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, verifying data and completing procedural checks.
Identify and resolve anomalies, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Required profile

Customer‑focused mindset, willing to go the extra mile for internal and external customers.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Results‑driven attitude, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
