R&D Seasoning Technician

About the role

The R&D Seasoning Technician supports the daily operations of PepsiCo's seasoning laboratory, ensuring that all experiments, prototype preparations, and sample shipments are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and prototypes for R&D trials and plant pilot runs.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and compliance records.
• Coordinate sample shipments and manage inventory of materials and consumables.
• Support cross‑functional R&D teams by providing timely technical assistance and ensuring laboratory readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, quality, or R&D support role, preferably within food, beverage, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and EHS requirements.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
