Real Estate Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to design and run digital marketing campaigns that support leasing activities, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our property brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, continuously optimizing performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape marketing plans for properties and projects.
• Manage advertising spaces, market available inventory and negotiate with agencies and advertisers.
• Oversee digital screen and building‑signage advertising, handling content, scheduling and quality control.
• Maintain social‑media channels and brand identity across all visual assets.
• Administer property listings on Google Maps, monitor reviews and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate field‑marketing activities with suppliers, designers and external partners.
• Prepare performance reports, measure ROI and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel locally for field assignments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi advertising regulations for real‑estate.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Maps reviews, digital‑screen advertising and advertising spaces.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, analysis and workflow organization, with proper quality control.
