About the role

The Real Estate Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for the company’s real estate projects and assets. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, supporting leasing and sales activities, conducting market research, and promoting projects across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects and assets.
• Prepare project‑specific marketing plans in coordination with relevant departments.
• Execute and monitor digital and traditional advertising campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Manage marketing content across websites, social media platforms, and property listing portals.
• Prepare and review brochures, project profiles, presentations, billboards, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and agencies to create professional visual and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors, pricing trends, and target customer segments.
• Support leasing and sales teams in generating leads and improving conversion rates.
• Participate in planning and execution of marketing campaigns for new project launches.
• Organise exhibitions, events, and project site visits, and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
