Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the role

Artas Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its Jeddah office. The successful candidate will drive sales of both off‑plan projects (Wafi) and ready‑to‑move‑in units, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from the first inquiry through to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for off‑plan and ready properties, from prospecting to closing.
• Provide professional, client‑focused service throughout every interaction.
• Prepare and present mortgage and financing calculations to assist clients in decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in real‑estate sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
• High level of commitment, discipline and adaptability.
• Professional presence and confidence when dealing with customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Ability to perform mortgage and financing calculations.
