About the role

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing deliveries to ensure all goods meet quality and quantity standards. This role supports hotel operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper inventory control, and coordinating with various departments and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of goods received.
Record and process all received items accurately in the inventory management system.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operations to facilitate efficient flow of goods.
