Receptionist – Hilton Hotels

About the role

As a Receptionist at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional stay. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes, provide accurate information about the hotel and local area, and support guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications with care.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering hospitality with integrity and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Ability to act quickly and responsibly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.
