About the role
Leejam Sports Company, the largest fitness club operator in the Middle East, is seeking a Receptionist – Operations & Club Management (CX) to support daily front‑desk activities, assist with club operational tasks, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Assist with operational tasks related to club facilities and services.
- Support club management activities such as scheduling, member services, and reporting.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer experience (CX) throughout the club.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception or front‑desk roles, preferably within a fitness, health‑club, or hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
