Recruiter – Women Empowerment & Media Placement

About the role

If you are a passionate and skilled Recruiter with a genuine interest in empowering women in Saudi Arabia, this role offers the chance to coach 1,800 women and place 600 of them in media‑related jobs. You will work with Jobs for Saudi and Womanity to drive this employment campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for candidates.
• Collaborate with technologists to apply artificial‑intelligence tools for matching applicants to jobs.
• Build and manage a network of HR and recruitment contacts in the industry.
• Attend monthly recruiting meetups and represent the program.
• Provide career‑coaching sessions, including resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development for women.
• Conduct mock interviews and give feedback to ensure candidates present their skills effectively.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with experienced professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment.
• Passion for career coaching and supporting diverse groups.
• Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, employers, and partners.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Must be a Saudi Arabian woman (project requirement).
