Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments. The role will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding for various functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment for production, operations and support functions.
• Maintain candidate records and generate recruitment reports.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
