Recruitment Lead

About the role

The Recruitment Lead will drive the full talent acquisition cycle for Bureau Veritas Group in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top-quality candidates who align with the company’s culture and strategic objectives. Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role combines team management, strategic planning and hands-on recruitment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies that support business goals and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System and local labor regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, produce regular performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including leadership of a recruitment function.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
