Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for Facility Management operations in Riyadh. You will ensure timely sourcing, selection and mobilization of technical, engineering, supervisory and support staff in line with Saudi labour regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with project manpower needs and Saudization targets.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding for high‑volume and project‑based positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks and internal databases, and conduct screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain active pipelines for hard services, soft services, engineering, MEP, cleaning, security and administrative roles.
• Provide regular updates to HR, Operations and Project Managers, and report on KPIs such as Time to Hire and vacancy aging.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and proper documentation throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Facility Management, engineering or consultancy environments.
• Proven track record in both high‑volume and professional recruitment, including technical and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour market, Saudization and Nitaqat classifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with recruitment systems or platforms for candidate tracking and reporting.
