Recruitment Officer – Talent Acquisition & Mobilization

About the role

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition and mobilization, ensuring that manpower needs are met promptly both locally and internationally. This role coordinates sourcing, selection, agency management, and pre‑mobilization processes such as documentation, visa handling, medical examinations, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through agencies, job portals, social media, databases, referrals and overseas channels.
• Maintain and update a candidate database for current and future staffing needs.
• Screen, shortlist and pre‑interview candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical skills and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, departments and clients, and manage feedback loops.
• Handle employment offers, approvals, negotiations and candidate acceptance within agreed turnaround times.
• Develop and manage relationships with local and international recruitment agencies, issuing requirements and monitoring performance.
• Oversee overseas recruitment campaigns, candidate documentation, visa processing, medical examinations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of selected, rejected and pending candidates and ensure timely communication of outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination and selection.
• Familiarity with managing recruitment agencies and overseas talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of pre‑mobilization activities including visa processing, medical checks, document verification and onboarding procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions and maintain detailed records.
