Recruitment Officer – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates for our organization. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing strategies that align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and Excel trackers to monitor hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, time‑to‑fill, and overall recruitment performance on a daily/weekly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Saudi nationality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
