Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to partner with hiring managers and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while meeting the organization’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Post openings on job boards, social media, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and appropriate assessments.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent evaluation steps with department heads.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking key recruitment metrics.
• Represent the company at job fairs and support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed on employment trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
