Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for operational, technical, administrative and professional positions within our transportation and logistics business in Saudi Arabia. The role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications and manpower requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases and professional networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against defined qualifications and competencies.
• Conduct initial and competency‑based interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interview stages.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and candidate records.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring KPIs.
• Build talent pools for recurring and critical roles.
• Support workforce planning and Saudization initiatives.
• Establish relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and professional networks.
• Monitor market trends and talent availability.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to source, screen and interview candidates effectively.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
