About the role

The Recruitment Specialist at SATEL owns the full hiring pipeline from role opening to the new hire’s first 90 days. You will partner directly with division leads to define role requirements and ensure every new employee can deliver from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete candidate pipeline for every open position.
• Design and execute practical assessments for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain at least three qualified active candidates per role at all times.
• Deliver shortlists within seven days of a role opening.
• Respond to every candidate within seven days, whether accepted or rejected.
• Track each new hire’s progress through the first 90 days.
• Maintain a continuous internship pipeline.

Required profile

• Understand that hiring the wrong person is more costly than leaving a role vacant.
• Ability to assess candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Consistently run a structured recruitment process, even when not observed.
• Provide every candidate with a fair, professional experience.
• Track pipeline with the urgency and precision of a salesperson.
• Motivated to build lasting teams rather than merely fill positions.
