Recruitment Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to drive our talent acquisition strategy across manufacturing and pharmaceutical functions. The role will oversee end‑to‑end hiring, build talent pipelines, and lead a recruitment team to meet business hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Handle manpower planning and hiring activities across different functions.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and support hiring managers in selection decisions.
• Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure smooth recruitment operations and process optimization.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare hiring reports.
• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in manufacturing companies (mandatory).
• Pharmaceutical industry experience (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and hiring strategies.
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent (mandatory).
• Strong experience in recruitment reporting, data analysis, and presenting hiring metrics through dashboards.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs.
