Reels Specialist – Short‑Form Video Creator

About the role

The Reels Specialist will work on‑site in Riyadh to create engaging short‑form video content for Instagram and other social platforms. You will translate brand messages into dynamic visual stories that capture audience attention and drive interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script and produce short‑form videos aligned with brand guidelines and current trends.
• Shoot, edit and post‑produce content, ensuring high‑quality lighting, composition and audio.
• Maintain and update a social media content calendar, coordinating with marketing and creative teams.
• Optimize each post for reach, engagement and conversion using platform algorithms.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform features, audio trends and best practices for Reels.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in short‑form video creation and post‑production.
• Ability to develop concepts and scripts that resonate with target audiences.
• Experience managing social media content calendars and optimizing posts.
• Good understanding of platform algorithms and current social media trends.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, including composition, lighting and pacing.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Effective collaboration and time‑management abilities.
