Regional Access & Launch Manager

About the role

The Regional Access & Launch Manager will act as the commercial and scientific bridge between biotech partners and the multi‑stakeholder healthcare environment across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and the wider GCC. You will shape market access strategies, lead product launches, engage payers and regulators, and support business development through rigorous asset evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access and pricing strategies for rare disease and ATMP portfolios across GCC markets.
• Lead payer and regulator engagement with bodies such as SFDA, NHIC, DHA, HAAD and HTA committees.
• Build HEOR dossiers, budget impact models and managed entry agreements to support reimbursement.
• Plan and drive integrated product launches, coordinating regulatory, medical, supply and patient‑access workstreams.
• Manage relationships with treating centres, multidisciplinary teams and patient‑advocacy groups.
• Oversee distributor and vendor networks, expanding into additional MENA countries.
• Identify and evaluate new asset and partnership opportunities, conducting market sizing, competitive analysis and revenue modelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, pricing and launch of rare disease or advanced therapy medicinal products.
• Strong knowledge of GCC healthcare systems, payer landscapes and HTA processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make strategic judgments and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with regulators, payers and internal stakeholders.
