Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting. The role involves assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement and regularly update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for side effects and provide wound care.
• Assist physicians during procedures, respond to emergencies and perform purposeful rounding to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure infection-control compliance and support junior staff and nursing students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience (or participation in the RN residency program).
• Valid nursing license from the relevant Saudi health authority (e.g., SCFHS, DHA) and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Typing and basic clerical skills (agenda preparation, minute taking).
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) competencies.
