Regional Quality Assurance Manager – Beverages

About the role

Foodpeople is looking for an experienced Regional Quality Assurance Manager to lead the governance, performance and lifecycle management of beverage equipment across the GCC. This senior position owns machine deployment, technical operations, asset governance and commercial performance while collaborating with sales, finance, supply chain and category teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of beverage machines and accessories across multiple markets, including forecasting, allocation and financial control.
• Set and enforce technical standards, optimise performance and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Lead a regional technical team, driving consistent technical excellence and asset performance.
• Partner cross‑functionally to support business growth, profitability and ROI optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in technical operations, beverage equipment or trade‑asset management.
• Proven experience leading regional technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
