Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive business performance for the Cardio‑Renal‑Metabolic (CRM) portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role ensures compliance with local regulations while fostering appropriate product use.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Map customers, maintain segmentation, and implement an integrated customer‑engagement strategy.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor product accessibility, and report business performance and brand plan execution.
• Identify and manage opportunities and risks to optimise revenue variance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutions.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, ensuring optimal size, structure and geographic deployment.
• Promote adherence to company values, code of conduct and ethical standards.
• Optimize customer engagement and brand positioning in alignment with cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
• Monitor distribution efficiency and target‑sector performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with people‑management responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and drive results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Commitment to compliance with local pharma regulations.
